The Performance Diagnostic Checklist (PDC) is a tool that has been used and evaluated in the Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) literature as an effective tool to determine causes of performance problems of individuals in the workplace. The current article modified the existing PDC to make the assessment more applicable to the field of Human Services, specifically, Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI). 

Objectives

  • Understand how to administer the Performance Diagnostic Checklist - Human Services (PDC-HS).
  • Determine the best intervention based on the results of the PDC-HS.
  • Identify ways to use the  PDC-HS within your current practice.
