This article provides basic procedures and guidelines for how to incorporate reading groups into an organization. Parson et al. provides data to support the effectiveness of reading groups as a way to provide professional development opportunities at a low cost to individuals and the organization.  While this article specifically looked at providing reading groups to people without behavior analytic backgrounds, it is likely that the same method and procedures used within this article may provide similar professional development results to individuals with behavior analytic backgrounds. This article specifically addresses areas of the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
